Billing questions

What is an active retailer?

A retailer who placed at least one order through Wholdiret in that month, on the app, WhatsApp or through a salesman. Retailers who did not order are not billed.

What happens after the first 100 free orders?

You choose a plan and continue. Nothing is set up again and no data is lost. If you do not choose a plan, ordering pauses and your data stays available for 60 days.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. The new rate applies from your next billing cycle.

Are WhatsApp and payment charges included?

WhatsApp Business Platform conversation charges and payment partner fees are billed at their published rates. We show them separately so you always know what you are paying for.

Do you bill in Indian rupees?

Plans are listed in US dollars. Indian businesses are invoiced in rupees with GST at the prevailing exchange rate.
