Questions distributors ask
Do retailers need to download an app?
No. Retailers can order on WhatsApp by text, voice note or a photo of their list. The app is there for those who want to browse the full catalog.
Can we set different prices for different retailers?
Yes. Create price lists by retailer category, town or account, and override single items for key accounts. Each retailer only sees their own price.
Does it connect to Tally or our ERP?
Items, retailers, prices and orders can be imported from and exported to Tally on every plan. Scheduled two-way sync with Tally or your ERP is on the Truckload plan.
Can salesmen still take orders?
Yes. Salesmen use the same catalog in their own app to book orders on a visit, and spend their time on new outlets and collections instead of writing order slips.
How are payments collected?
Retailers pay outstanding bills by UPI, card or net banking from the app or a WhatsApp link. Money goes through licensed payment partners straight to your account.
How long does setup take?
